Hi, I’ve submitted my affidavit a few months ago (right about the time when there was no updates for blogbank), how would I know if you guys had received and processed it, thus making me eligible for payment? Thanks.

That shouldn’t be the case unless there are changes in your account’s details like if you’re using a different bank, or if you were previously charged a 15% tax and would rather get the 10% option, assuming that you qualify for it.
